Meet The Team

Reflex @42 is a long-standing salon in the middle of Hassocks High Street. It has been known as Reflex for almost 30 years now, when Robert took it over from it being Goldilocks. We have recently undergone a massive refurb in the salon and thus renamed to Reflex @42 to start a new & exciting era in the salon.

Hayley, our stylist of 16 years who started with us at the ripe age of 14, took over the reins from Robert 3 years ago and hopes to continue with keeping it busy and buzzing. We have gone from 3 stylists to 6 with hope to expand to 8 by the end of the year.

​

We have long term stylists Robert and Wendy who have been here for 10+ years, and Daniella joined our team from Pruners in Haywards Heath in 2016 - she was our Saturday girl many years ago and re-joined after the birth of her first child. In May 2018 we welcomed back Emily, she was also our Saturday girl for many years. She joined us from Denziloe in Lindfield. In September 2019 we welcomed back Natasha, who started her hairdressing career in the salon when she was just 14 years ago. She took a 7 year break from Reflex after the birth of her daughter, Marcy, but has now made her way back to the Reflex team.
