Say hello to our very own Boss Lady H. Born & bred right here in the salon.

Hayley started at Reflex in August 2004 at the ripe age of 14. She started as a Saturday girl & is still here 16 years later. Funny thing is, she never wanted to be a hairdresser. Yet here we are, she's now running the joint.

​

She moved from Saturday girl to Junior in 2006 when she left secondary school and attended Brighton City College to gain her NVQ L1&2. In 2008 she graduated 3 months early through hard work & the want to be on the salon floor more. She was promoted to Junior Stylist & started building her clientele until in 2012 she took a massive step in going self-employed.

Once self-employed she spent the next few years investing in her training, attending as many Paul Mitchell courses that she could & bettering her skill set.

Then came the biggest move yet, at the baby age of 26 and in 2015 Robert handed the reigns over to her and Reflex became her little bubba - and she nurtured it into the booming, busy, absolutely mental salon that it is today.
